The Community Relations Director (CRD) leads the sales and marketing initiatives. The goal is to increase/maintain occupancy. The CRD supports the financial success of the community, representing the company's culture and values, developing strategic marketing plans, and role‑modeling extraordinary customer service. The CRD builds relationships with future residents, families, team members, vendors, and the greater community.

• You will have overall responsibility for the sales and marketing process, working collaboratively with members of your leadership team.
• You will make sales calls, schedule educational presentations, and coordinate marketing events.
• You will do outreach to nursing homes, physician offices, and other health care professionals.
• You will guide, train and support team members to serve as a backup in taking inquiry calls, giving tours, and providing customer service as needed.
• You will maintain a working knowledge of federal and state regulations.
• You will prepare reports as required and develop strategic marketing plans.
• You will model the Compass Senior Living values of goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun as a representative of your community.

• You will bring a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field.

• You will bring your ability to work independently, be self‑motivated, and be goal‑directed.
• You will bring your ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• You will meet all health requirements as specified by state and/or federal regulations.
• You will be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
• You will be able to pass a criminal background check.
• You will have a valid driver's license.
• You will have the ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
