The Oregon State Hospital is currently seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst to oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, adherence to deadlines, and efficient utilization of resources. As the Portfolio Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing all stages of the project lifecycle—including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, change control, and closure—while facilitating effective collaboration and clear communication among vested parties.

You will utilize established project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure the delivery of efficient, well-coordinated, and high-quality results that enhance organizational performance.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

These qualifications must be reflected in your application for consideration.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work. OR
  • Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.

  • Experience analyzing complex operational, policy, program, or organizational issues and developing clear recommendations.

  • Experience preparing executive-level written materials such as briefings, reports, dashboards, policy documents, recommendations, or presentations.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make recommendations in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, work groups, impacted partner engagement, or collaborative problem-solving across diverse audiences.
