We work closely with customers and domain experts, care deeply about quality and trust, and make thoughtful progress without unnecessary ceremony.

You are the Swiss accounting quality gate for the product and agent outputs. You define rules, review edge cases weekly on pilot data, and ensure workflows stay controlled and traceable across Swiss accounting, VAT, OPA/LPP, and AVS constraints.

• Define Swiss-compliant accounting workflows and rules.
• Review outputs for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with product and engineering on automated controls.
• Support customers with domain expertise and best practices.

• Professional experience in Swiss accounting or fiduciary services.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss GAAP, OR, or tax requirements.
• Detail-oriented mindset and high quality standards.
• Ability to explain complex rules to non-accountants.

• Experience with modern ERP or accounting software.
• Interest in automation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience documenting processes and controls.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup.
