- Directvehicleandpedestriantrafficsafelythroughconstructionzonesusingapprovedflaggingprocedures.
- Setup,maintain,andremovetrafficcontroldevices,including cones,signs,and barricades.
- Communicateclearlywithequipmentoperators,crew members,andthepublic.
- Remainalertandresponsivetochangingsiteconditionsatalltimes.
- FollowallOSHA,DOT,MUTCD,andcompanysafetystandards.
- Assistwithgeneraljobsitedutiesasneeded.
- Workflexibleshiftsincludingdays,nights,weekends,andovertimebasedonprojectschedules.
- Valid Flagger Certification required (orabilitytoobtainpriortostart).
- Previousflaggingortrafficcontrolexperiencepreferred.
- Valid Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification in
Oregonand/or Washington-highly preferred! - Valid driver’slicenserequired.
- Abilitytoworkoutdoorsinvaryingweatherconditions.
- Abilitytostandforextendedperiodsandremainattentive.
- Strongcommunicationskillsandapositive,team-oriented attitude.
