We're hiring a Construction Foreman to lead a dynamic crew on commercial construction projects across the Tigard area—with a primary focus on wood framing, rated wall assemblies, and multi-unit structures like senior care and multifamily housing.

This isn't a sit-back-and-watch type of role—you'll be right there on-site, running the show. From overseeing subcontractors and enforcing jobsite safety to laying out walls and reading blueprints, you'll be the go-to person making sure things are done right, on time, and up to spec.

If you have solid experience in commercial framing, fire-rated assemblies, and managing crews on multifamily or senior living projects, this is your chance to step into a leadership role with a team that values skill, precision, and great communication.

• Oversee construction site operations, ensuring work meets all quality, safety, and code requirements
• Lead and support framing crews on multifamily and senior housing projects
• Read and interpret construction plans, specs, and shop drawings
• Manage layout and dimensioning to ensure proper placement and alignment
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor performance, and ensure project timelines are met
• Plan daily jobsite activities and adjust crew schedules as needed
• Track material deliveries and manage on-site inventory
• Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure full compliance with OSHA standards
• Document progress with daily logs, updated drawings, and communication with the project manager
