What You'll Be Doing
- Assist skilled trades with daily construction tasks
- Load, unload, and move building materials throughout the job site
- Perform site clean-up and keep work areas safe and organized
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Dig, shovel, and perform other general labor duties as needed
- Assist with demolition, framing, material staging, and project setup
- Follow all safety procedures and support the crew wherever needed
