Dealership Lot Technician – Full Time

Pro-Motion Pix is looking for a full-time Dealership Lot Technician to join our team. While we often refer to this role as a "Photographer," it involves much more. Using a company-issued iPhone and our mobile app, you'll capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos of dealership vehicles to help them shine online. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active throughout the day, and takes pride in producing clean, consistent work.

No prior experience? No worries — we offer paid training to get you fully up to speed.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or until assignments are complete)

Route:
Bend, Madras & nearby areas

Pay: $24.00+ per hour (base pay + per-vehicle photo payout)

• Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle.
• Use a company-provided iPhone and app to take photos, record videos, complete 360° spins, and print window labels.
• Locate keys, move vehicles to staging areas, and ensure they're clean and photo-ready.
• Apply window stickers and other required labels.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to resolve issues (e.g., missing keys, vehicle not ready, etc.).
• Independently manage your daily schedule and complete tasks by designated deadlines.

• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• A customer-focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Manual transmission experience is a plus (but not required).

Automotive product photography and spin capture is our specialty. We work with each dealership to find the best and efficient way to get their units marketed online with quality images.
