Position: Overnight Concierge - Senior Living (Part-Time)
Location: Happy Valley

The Springs in Happy Valley is hiring a Part-time Overnight Concierge position. Positions Available
  • Part-time Overnight Shift: Friday and Saturday from 10:00PM - 6:30AM
Responsibilities
  • Greeting residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
  • Providing helpful assistance for residents with items such as troubleshooting TV's, phones, laptops, minor maintenance assistance, and minor housekeeping tasks.
  • Responding to resident needs with care, kindness, and efficiency.
  • Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls, including calling 911 on the resident’s behalf if needed.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, managing room reservations, and responding to emails.
  • Answering resident questions.
  • Monitoring security cameras.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Maintaining clean and organized spaces surrounding the concierge desk.
  • Delivering packages and newspapers.
  • Assisting other departments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Ability to use technology, including desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments.
  • Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
