The Springs in Happy Valley is hiring a Part-time Overnight Concierge position. Positions Available- Part-time Overnight Shift: Friday and Saturday from 10:00PM - 6:30AM
- Greeting residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
- Providing helpful assistance for residents with items such as troubleshooting TV's, phones, laptops, minor maintenance assistance, and minor housekeeping tasks.
- Responding to resident needs with care, kindness, and efficiency.
- Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls, including calling 911 on the resident’s behalf if needed.
- Performing administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, managing room reservations, and responding to emails.
- Answering resident questions.
- Monitoring security cameras.
- Answering phone calls.
- Maintaining clean and organized spaces surrounding the concierge desk.
- Delivering packages and newspapers.
- Assisting other departments as needed.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Ability to use technology, including desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors.
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments.
- Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to solve practical problems.
