Visitor Services Assistant

About the role

Could you help visitors discover, enjoy and remember the Island’s unique heritage? As a Visitor Services Assistant, you’ll work across the House of Manannan, Peel Castle and The Grove, welcoming visitors and sharing the rich history of the Island. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in delivering a positive, engaging experience for visitors from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

You’ll provide excellent customer service, support day‑to‑day operations and help promote Manx National Heritage, encouraging visitors to connect with and support the Island’s heritage.

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors.
• Support day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites.
• Welcome visitors and share the history of the Island.
• Encourage visitors to support Manx National Heritage.
