• Greet all persons who enter the facility and direct them to the proper department as needed.
• Answer phones and perform front desk administrative tasks.
• Assist in membership recruitment and retention efforts within the Membership Department.
• Register members into programs and memberships.
• Provide excellent customer service in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 18+ years of age
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Amazing interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Great team player
• Ability to work nights and weekends required
