Job Overview

Works a specified schedule (less than 20 hours per week) during peak business times in a branch.

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach, outbound calling, and follow‑up.
• Accurately completes teller transactions including deposits, account maintenance, withdrawals, transfers, ATM, bag drops, and balances the cash drawer daily within bank policies.
• Actively develops new business and expands existing customer relationships.
• Maintains National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including background and credit checks.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has one year of related banking experience or equivalent sales and customer service training.
• Must maintain satisfactory NMLS registration, criminal, and credit records.

• Knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems.
• Effective selling and referral skills.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong mathematical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
