School District seeks qualified applicants for the position of Concessions Coordinator for the Fall season (approximately mid-August through the end of October). End date is based on regular season schedule for both sports and may be extended due to districts or playoffs.

Salary: $1,000 stipend for the Fall season (Football and Volleyball)

Duties: This is not an exhaustive or all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, or functions associated with the job.

• Coordinating volunteers for shifts with students and staff/community members/volunteers
• Coordinating purchases with the high school secretary
• Managing concessions at games and events
• Ordering and purchasing supplies and food
• Cleaning
• Coordinating purchase of permits
• Preparation and break down of concessions trailer (when used)
• Preparing square reports of deposits
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a food handlers' permit and have a working knowledge of food safety.
• Experience using Square is preferred.
