Seven Feathers Resort is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to answer guest and internal calls, direct calls using the resort PBX, and handle wake‑up calls and messages for guests.
You will provide information on guest services and resort events, page guests and employees via PA system, and assist in coordinating communications during emergencies. A strong customer service background and clear communication are essential.
