Reporting to a Director of Cardiovascular and Interventional Services, you will collaborate with Radiology, Case Management, and Quality. The team includes experienced nurses, technologists, interventional radiologists, cardiologists, anesthesiology partners, advanced practice providers, and patient access professionals.
Key responsibilities include pre‑procedural optimization, evidence‑based navigation, cross‑continuum coordination, discharge readiness, and post‑procedural follow‑up to elevate safety, satisfaction, and throughput.
The team culture is collaborative, with clinical educators, informatics specialists, and bedside teams emphasizing shared governance, mentorship, professional development, and interdisciplinary rounding. Clear communication and standardized pathways for vascular and neurovascular procedures ensure seamless handoffs and keep patients and families informed.
