Join our team as a Relief Expanded Function Dental Assistant, responsible for maintaining patient records, conducting X-ray procedures, and assisting with dental exams.
Responsibilities- Prepare instruments and tools for procedures.
- Perform preventative periodontal care and educate patients on oral hygiene.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed.
- Assist with orthodontic tasks when needed.
- Lead responsibilities such as managing department workflow, training staff, and acting as a liaison.
- High school diploma or GED, EFDA certification within 90 days, BLS certification within 90 days, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency at level 10.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control, manual dexterity, effective communication, and proficiency with dental and office software.
- Compensation: $26.02-$33.14/hour DOE, with additional pay for bilingual skills.
