Are you an experienced dental professional who enjoys helping patients understand their treatment options and navigate their dental care? Total Health Dental is looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in connecting patients with the care they need.

• Competitive Pay: $25-27

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30am - 5pm - 30 min lunch

• 1+ years of dental experience
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with technology
• Experience with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend preferred
• Personable, professional, and confident communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they arrive
• Walk patients through treatment plans in a clear, easy-to-understand way and answer questions
• Schedule and manage appointments, keeping the day running efficiently
• Verify insurance, review benefits, and help patients understand their financial responsibility
• Work closely with doctors and clinical team to make sure treatment plans are accurate and followed through
• Keep patient records up to date, including notes, treatment, and financial information
• Help keep the schedule full through patient follow-up
