Job Description

As a Designer
, you will play a key role in the interior design process, working closely with clients from concept development to supporting our project managers throughout the construction phase. You will assist in delivering creative design solutions on schedule and within budget while ensuring effective communication with both clients and team members.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and functional needs.
• Assist in the creation of interior design concepts for various residential projects.
• Support project managers throughout the design and construction phases.
• Ensure designs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Assist in creating design documentation, including floor plans and material selections.

• Required:
  
  Experience in interior design, kitchen and bath design, or showroom design.
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with CAD design software.
• A good understanding of construction and interior design detailing.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a supportive team environment.

• Competitive hourly pay at $20 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.
• 5 days of annual paid time-off.
