Compensation
Up to $72,800 annually DOE

About the Opportunity &Position Overview
Bear Staffing is partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer of modular buildings and temporary space solutions to identify a skilled CADD Operator in Aumsville, OR.
In this role, you will create, modify, and maintain technical drawings (floor plans, elevations, renderings, as-built drawings, construction details) that drive product development, sales, operations, and customer projects while ensuring compliance with company standards, ADA requirements, and building codes.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting & Design: Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to prepare technical drawings, layouts, renderings, and project documentation.
- Project Support: Create, revise, and maintain floor plans, elevations, as-built drawings, and detailed construction documents.
- Custom Requests: Support internal sales teams and external clients by executing custom drawing requests and design modifications.
- Product Development: Develop standard drawings for modular buildings, including foundations, piers, ramps, steps, furniture layouts, and interior partition plans.
- Compliance: Interpret and apply architectural building codes, ADA requirements, and company drafting standards.
- Data Management: Maintain organized digital drawing libraries and technical documentation.
- Collaboration: Prioritize multiple drafting requests simultaneously while communicating project statuses and timelines to internal stakeholders.
- Software: Working knowledge of Revit is required. Basic to intermediate experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Architecture is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of technical drafting experience. Experience with in construction, architectural, manufacturing, or modular building environments is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to modular construction, wood-framed structures, architectural millwork, or field construction is a major plus.
- Education: Associate degree in CAD Drafting, Architectural Technology, Construction Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment.
