Position Details
FPOB-Lake Health Clinics, Full‑time, 40 hrs/week, typically 08:00am‑05:00pm, Monday‑Friday, must be able to work a flexible schedule, as needed.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a Family Practice Obstetrics (FPOB) physician to join our dedicated rural healthcare team and help strengthen and expand obstetrical and primary care services for the communities we serve. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care in our Clinic and Critical Access Hospital where providers build lasting relationships with patients and play a vital role in improving the health of our community.

If claiming veteran's preference, you must submit a DD214, Certificate of Release from Active Duty, which shows dates of service and discharge under honorable conditions. If currently on active‑duty you must submit a certification of expected discharge or release from active‑duty service under honorable conditions not later than 120 days after the date the certification is submitted. Veteran's preference must be verified prior to appointment.
