MANDATED Job Requirements:

• Board Certified in BOTH Hematology and Oncology
  - Required
• Active OR license
  - Required at time of submission
• Clean background/no malpractice
  - Highly Preferred
• Self Query - NPDB at time of presentation
  - Required
• CAQH login and password
  - Required at time of offer
• Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privilege

Job Description:

As a member of the clinical patient care team, the Oncologist/Hematologist will perform tasks and procedures consistent with their training and licensure. The EMR system used is EPIC.

Experience:

• Demonstrated practice-building experience
• Practicing radiation oncology with a strong record, or an excellent recent graduate
