Surgery - General Physician

We are partnering with a well-established Critical Access Hospital in a breathtaking rural Pacific Northwest setting to find a dedicated General Surgeon to serve as our Trauma Medical Director. With a manageable clinic volume ( 22 patients/week), dedicated in-house credentialing support, and a family-like team culture, this role is designed for a surgeon who values both professional impact and outdoor recreation (hiking, fishing, hunting) right outside their doorstep.

As a full-time General Surgeon, you will manage a balanced mix of surgery clinic, operating room duties, and on-call services. You will perform a typical mix of general surgery, endoscopy, colonoscopy, and emergency/trauma cases. In addition, you will provide vital oversight and educational guidance to the surgery team, collaborating closely with clinic and nursing leadership to drive best practices.
