We are seeking a highly motivated chiropractor to join our thriving practice full-time in Salem, Oregon. Our established practice has proudly served the community for 40 years and continues to grow through excellent patient outcomes and referrals. We provide comprehensive care for patients recovering from injuries using chiropractic, rehabilitation, and integrated medical services.
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000–$130,000+ (base + bonuses)

Schedule
- Full time
Responsibilities
- Perform new patient consultations and comprehensive exams
- Take and review x-rays
- Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments using multiple techniques (Diversified, manual, activator, drop table)
- Perform re-exams and progress evaluations
- Apply therapies and modalities for injury recovery
- Educate patients healing, injuries, and different treatment plans/options
- Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with providers and team members for coordinated care
- Build strong patient relationships and support retention
Qualifications
- Doctor of chiropractic degree (DC)
- Active Oregon chiropractic license or ability to obtain
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary medical setting
- Public speaking/community education is a plus
