• Role: OB/GYN Physician (Locum Tenens)
• Location:
  Near Turner, Oregon

  February 1, 2025

  Ongoing need, with potential extension beyond March
• Availability:
  Flexible; two weeks per month preferred

• Schedule:
  Primarily 7:30 am to 7:30 pm
• Call:
  Beeper call; in-house presence not required but recommended due to frequent activity
• Setting:
  Both outpatient and inpatient
• Holidays Included:
  New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

• Certifications:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
  • BLS certification required
• Support Staff:
  • 7 Registered Nurses (RNs)
  • 1 Medical Assistant (MA)
• Supervision:
  Required for Advanced Practice Providers

• Patients per Shift:
  Approximately 20
• Annual Deliveries:
  Approximately 312
• Specialty Skills Required:
  • Low-risk and high-risk pregnancy management
  • Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
  • OB ultrasound performance and interpretation (Level I and II)
  • Routine and complicated deliveries, including VBACs, C-sections, and multiple births
  • Gynecological procedures: IUD insertions, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, and minor office procedures
  • Surgical gynecology, including tubal ligation, cystectomy, and laparoscopic procedures

• Privileges:
  Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges not available
• Trauma Level:
  Level II

• Credentialing Timeframe:
  Approximately 90 days
• Travel and Lodging:
  Vendor-provided insurance; nearby lodging recommendations available
