This backfill assignment supports students and staff as a per diem VOCO BCBA for the  school year. Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Demonstrated experience working as a BCBA, ideally within school environments
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and plans
• Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and creating data-driven goals
• Comfortable working in a virtual service delivery model (VOCO)
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and educators
• Driven, organized, and able to manage remote caseloads independently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual BCBA services and consultations to students and staff
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing training and support to school personnel and caregivers
• Collect, manage, and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress
• Conduct regular reviews of student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in alignment with regulatory standards
