Desired Qualifications and

Experience:

• Demonstrated proficiency in assistive technology tools and platforms, with a practical understanding of their classroom applications
• Previous experience supporting students or faculty in an educational setting with assistive technology needs
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to gathering information and implementing customized solutions
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists and program coordinators
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused attitude

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess individual and program-wide assistive technology needs within the LEEP Program
• Collaborate with staff and other stakeholders to identify, recommend, and implement effective technology solutions
• Collect and document critical details, ensuring the best possible matches between student needs and available tools
• Participate in regular meetings and communication loops, including working with Logan Rausch and the PSG group
• Provide training and ongoing support to educators, students, and families to maximize benefit and inclusion
