Table Rock Elementary – White City, OR

Position within Eagle Point School District 9 (EPSD9), supported by the Principal of Table Rock Elementary. The Assistant Principal will support all phases of school operations, act as principal when needed, assist with curriculum implementation, staff support, student discipline, and foster a respectful and collaborative learning environment.

• Act as principal in the Principal’s absence.
• Assist with curriculum implementation and coordination.
• Support staff through assignments, hiring, and personnel actions.
• Provide guidance and counseling to students, parents, and teachers on student behavior.
• Document disciplinary matters in alignment with district policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the master schedule, teacher assignments, and student schedules.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents regarding concerns and achievements.
• Prepare and distribute the student handbook.
• Model professional relationships with students and staff.

• Current EPSD9 employee.
• Valid Oregon Teacher Certification.
• Principal License through TSPC or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum three years of successful teaching experience.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum coordination and development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Salary Range: $101,023 to $119,405 per year.
• Contract:
  
  215 days per year, 8 hours per day.
• Includes travel and cell phone stipend.
• Salary placement depends on verified full-time experience.

Position will begin July 31, 2026.
