Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Student Success Clinician and/or the BRYT Program Coordinator, the Student Success IA (SSIA) will support the implementation of a school-based, multi-tiered intervention program that provides academic, social, and emotional support. The SSIA will assist students with significant mental health challenges, recovery from physical ailments, and extensive school absences. The position may involve working with students with trauma‑induced behavioral health challenges and facilitating their reintegration into the general education setting.
The SSIA works daily with students requiring special attention to meet their unique needs, collaborating with the Student Success Clinician or school counselor.
- Associate Degree or equivalent from a 2‑year college or Technical School; 48 semester credits or 72 quarter credits of college coursework; or successfully completed Work Keys or Para Pro Certificate.

Salary posted is for the 25-26 school year; salaries for the 26-27 school year are dependent upon bargaining.
