Behavior Specialist
, probationary/full-time at Holley Elementary School, Holley Central School District

• New York State Certification as a School Psychologist, Special Education Teacher, or Social Worker is required.
• OR meet the minimum qualifications under Civil Service:
  Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is preferred.

Responsible for interventions to support the academic, behavioral and social development of students throughout the district. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of crisis intervention, culturally responsive practices, and proficiency in developing and monitoring behavioral assessments, behavior analysis, and intervention plans. The behavior specialist will collaborate with teachers, school teams and families and reports to the Director of Special Education.
