Estacada School District is looking for a full‑time Science Teacher to work at Estacada Middle School for the 2026/2027 school year. Teach middle school science curriculum, apply continuous improvement practices, proficiency‑based grading, inclusive practices, and support the needs of students and the community.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Valid Preliminary or Professional Oregon TSPC License (or ability to obtain one) with appropriate endorsements.
• Support for continuous learning, proficiency‑based learning and grading, and willingness to take instructional risks.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
• Flexibility to work in person, on campus, or virtually.
• Meet district minimum physical requirements and health standards.

• Salary range: $61,130 – $106,521 (prorated for days worked based on experience and education).
• 1‑year probationary contract, renewable by March 15, 2027.
