The Special Education Teacher evaluates, designs, and implements all aspects of specifically designed instruction for children with disabilities.

Riddle is a community-centered setting situated about 25 miles south of Roseburg against the backdrop of gorgeous mountain views and rivers.
Riddle Elementary is a K-6 school serving just under 200 students. We are a team of dedicated professionals focused on providing an outstanding education for our students.
- Applicants must hold a Current Oregon Teaching License.
- Desire and ability to work with a team of professional educators in a small/rural school.
- Familiarity with instructional, assessment, and classroom management strategies that reflect current research and best practices.
- Experience working with diverse groups of learners.
- Knowledge and experience with differentiated instruction.
- Ability to effectively manage and supervise students and engage them in learning.
- Knowledge of Professional Learning Communities and Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Standard First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain certification within two months of hire, may be required.
