FTE:1.0 - 40 hours per week - 230 days per year
NW REGIONAL ESD'S MISSION STATEMENT:In partnership with the communities we serve, Northwest Regional ESD improves student learning by providing equitable access to high quality services and support.
General Description:In alignment with the NWRESD's mission statement, this position serves as the regional connector between Tillamook County K–12 school districts, Tillamook Bay Community College, universities, workforce partners, and students to create seamless pathways from middle school through postsecondary education, credential attainment, and employment.
The Specialist leads regional efforts to expand dual credit participation, strengthen college-going cultures, coordinate accelerated learning opportunities, and support the implementation of Rural Guided Pathways throughout Tillamook County.
In addition, this position provides operational leadership for dual credit program implementation by supporting compliance, instructor alignment, student access, program coordination, and successful transitions from high school to postsecondary education and the workforce.
