Compensation:$17.20 - $21.79 - New hires will be placed at Step 1 through 9 depending on prior contracted educational experience. Qualifications:

Able to work with students in grades 6-8

Ability to take initiative and be self-directed

Assist teacher as needed / Supervision duties as needed

Ability to discipline with dignity

Must qualify or be able to meet standard for highly qualified para-professional

Requirements:

Two (2) years of college coursework or Associate's Degree (May be waived pending successful performance on skills test administered by the District)

High School Diploma or GED required
