BILINGUAL AND BILITERATE CANDIDATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

Qualifications:

• Able to work with small children
• Proficient in elementary school level math, spelling, reading and English usage
• Good computer skills
• Assist teacher as needed / Supervision duties as needed
• Ability to take initiative and be self-directed
• Ability to conduct small reading groups under teacher direction
• Ability to discipline with dignity
• Must qualify or be able to meet standard for highly qualified para-professional

Requirements:

Two (2) years of college coursework or Associate's Degree (May be waived pending successful performance on skills test administered by the District)

High School Diploma or GED required
