Qualifications:
- Active Oregon School Psychologist license (required)
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Background as a School Psychologist or Paraprofessional is valued
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
- Committed to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Candidates willing to relocate or currently pursuing internship hours are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and interpret data to inform educational planning
- Deliver consultation and intervention services for students as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide crisis intervention and promote positive mental health strategies
