Operate and coordinate the operation of the hydroelectric power system and eight generating units, including remotely controlled units;
Direct and assign operators to stations and control rooms for operating purposes;
Maintain and log clearance and caution orders; oversee training of operators and trainees;
Respond to emergencies or abnormal conditions and restore normal operations;
Supervise and guide junior operators as needed while ensuring safety and compliance
