WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in HVAC design. This role requires a PE License and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and development of HVAC systems for a variety of project types, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate closely with our design-build team to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, construction documents, and specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our service offerings.
- 7-10 years of experience in HVAC design, with a proven track record in delivering successful projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
