Verification Specialist - Cards

Location: Sherwood, OR – On‑site, Full‑Time Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:15am – 5pm

We’re looking for a Verification Specialist to join our CGC CARDS division in Sherwood, OR to provide exceptional review, verification, and database maintenance of customer submissions utilizing knowledge of sports, trading, and/or non‑trading cards.

• Verify & validate collectible submissions, ensuring all details—such as characters, edition, language, and other key identifiers—are accurately recorded.
• Enter & maintain data by inputting item‑specific details into proprietary systems with precision.
• Research & identify collectibles using internal databases to confirm authenticity and origin, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies by collaborating with the Client Services team to address inconsistencies between customer submissions and received items.
• Ensure quality & accuracy in data entry while maintaining consistency across multiple platforms.
• Manage time effectively to meet production timelines while balancing speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless verification process.

• In‑depth knowledge of sports cards, trading cards, or non‑trading cards.
• Experience with data entry and/or receiving (preferred but not required).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for accuracy in reviewing and verifying items.
• Proficiency in research to verify and confirm card details.
• Strong organizational & time‑management skills to efficiently process high‑volume submissions.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Hourly rate of $20;
  Monday‑Friday 8:15am – 5pm schedule.
