Here at Guernsey Post we are proud to employ a rich and diverse mix of people who reflect the communities in which we live and work. Every member of the team is dedicated to providing the Bailiwick with an outstanding postal service.

We are looking to recruit responsible and conscientious individuals to join our postal team. This position will involve helping us run our automated parcel station machine, loading parcels onto a conveyor belt for sortation.

The hours for these roles are 5:00am to 8.30am Monday to Friday (17.5 hours per week)

Candidates Will Need:

• Good communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• To work well under pressure
• To be physically fit as the work will involve lifting and standing for long periods

No experience of postal work is required as full training will be provided. Flexibility to work additional hours is preferred.

The recruitment process requires that candidates pass a postal aptitude test. A basic police clearance is also required. Candidates with unspent convictions for dishonesty or drug offences will not be eligible for appointment.
