Seven Feathers Casino Resort is seeking a Player Development support specialist to assist the team with daily administrative tasks and deliver quality guest service to high-value guests. You will help manage VIP promotions, events, and concerts, and liaise with the Players Club to serve existing guests and recruit new high-value players.
You will collaborate with other departments to ensure outstanding guest service, evaluate complimentary items per policy, and help maintain confidentiality.
