Overview

Indian Head Casino in Warm Springs, OR is hiring a full-time Cage Main Bank Cashier. This role requires effective written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.

• Ensure the Cage Main Bank functions smoothly during your shift and maintain the physical custody of assets (cash, chips, coin, and other cash equivalents).
• Provide support to Cage Cashiers to deliver courteous, efficient service to employees and guests while adhering to company policy and written procedures.
• Perform customer service tasks for internal and external customers, ensuring transactions are recorded and completed accurately.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the Cage team to implement changes while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Safeguard the bank roll during the shift and ensure all transactions are accurately processed and regulatory requirements are met.
• Ensure that all required forms are completed, jackpots are paid accurately, and standard procedures are followed.
• Assist employees and guests in navigating tribal and federal gaming regulations and guidelines as applicable.
• Engage in ongoing learning and apply best practices to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) as part of daily duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months of Cage experience preferred
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act preferred
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to submit to a drug screening and background check upon hire
• Ability to obtain and maintain a high-security gaming license
• 21+ years of age
• Previous experience in a tribal casino is a plus
