Responsibilities- Build and nurture client relationships through in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels.
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing account information.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and recommend solutions aligned with each customer’s goals.
- Conduct proactive outreach and follow‑up to learn clients’ financial needs and channel preferences.
- Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings.
- Provide consistent, optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Proactively educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products that meet their needs.
- Leverage resources and technologies to optimize client experience and deliver operational excellence.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of job‑related retail banking experience (or equivalent training). For senior roles, 5+ years of experience is preferred.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation
Z. - Successful completion of a criminal background and credit check.
- Strong communication, customer‑service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.
- Effective engagement and communication with clients.
- Comprehensive knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Skill to identify a client’s true needs while leveraging a digital‑first mindset.
- Basic proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet client needs proactively and reactively.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Fluency in English and other languages is encouraged.

$23.75–29.03per hour (based on the primary location; actual range may vary by location and salary grade).
