Responsibilities
- Manage the complete client life cycle for assigned relationships.
- Cultivate & maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues & external partners.
- Prepare and process client onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate money movements, transfers of assets, charitable contributions, and RMDs with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor cash & account activity, custodian alerts and confirm completion of submitted requests.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings as necessary, manage follow-up and documentation.
- Monitor external alternative investments; complete subscription agreements, process & track capital calls/distributions.
- Proactively communicate with and anticipate the unique needs of your clients.
- Create and maintain formula-based analytics using Excel.
- Manage special projects and life events based on client requests.
- Coordinate and process requests with custodial partners, including Schwab, Fidelity, and other third-party institutions.
- Support the administration and maintenance of trust accounts, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor s degree
- Minimum of five years of experience at an RIA or similar financial services company
- Experience working with outside custodians, including Schwab, Fidelity, and other institutional custodians
- Experience working with Trust accounts and trust administration-related processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Addepar or similar CRM system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Complete integrity with an uncompromised reputation
- Ability to maintain total confidentiality
- An excellent team player who enjoys collaboration but also works well independently
- Strong work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to gain clarity, problem-solve, and exercise sound judgment while working through complex client deliverables and requests
- Ability to remain detail-oriented while multitasking and working at a fast pace
- Ability to take ownership of projects and carry them through to completion
- Travel is not required

Pay Information
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts. The pay range for this position is $70, USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
