We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Electronic Banking Specialist to join our eBanking team in Heppner, Oregon
. This position is ideal for someone who has strong computer and technology skills and enjoys problem-solving. Previous banking or financial institution experience of 1-2 years is preferred.

, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and account adjustments while providing excellent support to customers and bank staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily processing of non-sufficient funds and unposted items
- Prepare entries to adjust general ledger accounts affected by returned items
- Review and processing of reports on returned and nonpayment items
- Communicate with customers and bank personnel regarding adjustments to accounts
- Cross-train and provide support in other areas of eBanking dept

Position is full-time with schedule of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
