This is a full-time on-site role for a Hair Specialist located in Sherwood, OR. The Hair Specialist will provide professional hair care services, including styling, cutting, coloring, and other treatments tailored to clients’ preferences. Additional responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, promoting salon services and products, and ensuring each customer has an exceptional experience.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Cutting, and Hair Care techniques
- Certifications or training in Cosmetology
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and adopt new techniques
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Previous experience in a salon or similar environment is preferred but not required
- State licensure for cosmetology is required
