Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel performance.;
Greet and engage every guest, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products and services.;
Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.;
Study and complete Skill Certification and participate in brand trainings and in-store events.;
Maintain store standards including replenishment, cleanliness, and packaging in accordance with brand guidelines.
