Job Summary

Supervisor Sterile Processing at Providence Seaside Hospital is a 1.0 FTE full‑time position working on a day shift. Supervises and coordinates Sterile Processing activities. Responsible for staff scheduling, planning and organizing work priorities, troubleshooting and solving departmental issues, and participating in hiring and disciplinary processes.

• National Certified Endoscope Reprocessor – Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
• National Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor – Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire.
• National Certified Healthcare Leader – Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
• National Certified Instrument Specialist – Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
• National Certified Registered Central Service Technician – Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
• National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist – Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire.
• National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician – Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire.
• National Management in Sterile Processing – Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire.
• 2 years of Leadership experience.
• 3 years of Sterile Processing experience.
