Job DescriptionPT outpatient position, requesting a therapist with at least 6 months of experience evaluating and treating pelvic health. 40 hours guaranteed, 4 x 10‑hour shifts working Monday/Wednesday in Gold Beach and Tuesday/Thursday in Brookings. Start time is generally between 7‑8am depending on PT preference. Would prefer a pelvic health PT if possible; likely 50% pelvic and 50% orthopedic/general PT cases.
Requirements- Oregon license in hand with submission
