Occupational Therapy Assistant – Full Time (Mt. Angel, OR)

Mt. Angel Health and Rehabilitation is a post‑acute care facility offering long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric services. We are seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our in‑house rehab program.

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes and effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active state license/registration where applicable.
