Position Details and Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, daytime 8-hour shifts (totaling 40 hours per week)
• Average of five patient visits per day, focused on high-quality therapy interventions
• Expect hands-on experience with leading charting technology:
  Netsmart (formerly Allscripts)

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active Oregon Physical Therapy license at time of submission
• Recent experience in hospital-based therapy care
• Proven ability as a fast learner and self-starter-capable of adjusting quickly to evolving environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Comfort collaborating across departments and adapting to diverse work cultures

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused physical therapy sessions
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement care plans, and document outcomes in electronic medical records
• Engage with other clinicians to ensure optimal patient care pathways
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate charts and participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts
