Position Details and Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, daytime 8-hour shifts (totaling 40 hours per week)
- Average of five patient visits per day, focused on high-quality therapy interventions
- Expect hands-on experience with leading charting technology:
Netsmart (formerly Allscripts)
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy license at time of submission
- Recent experience in hospital-based therapy care
- Proven ability as a fast learner and self-starter-capable of adjusting quickly to evolving environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfort collaborating across departments and adapting to diverse work cultures
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused physical therapy sessions
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement care plans, and document outcomes in electronic medical records
- Engage with other clinicians to ensure optimal patient care pathways
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate charts and participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts
