Key Responsibilities
  • Support a growing Oncology and Infusion Services program focused on delivering safe and effective treatment for hematology and oncology patients.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize medication therapy and infusion treatment plans.
  • Compound and dispense oncology medications, monitor treatment regimens, and provide education to patients and clinical staff.
  • Contribute to staff education, policy development, and ongoing patient safety initiatives.
  • Support operational initiatives, mentor pharmacy staff, and participate in performance improvement projects across Oncology Services.
Professional Environment

The Oncology Pharmacist will work with an experienced interdisciplinary healthcare team in a collaborative clinical environment. This role offers the opportunity to support operational initiatives, mentor pharmacy staff, and participate in performance improvement projects across Oncology Services.

Reporting directly to Pharmacy Leadership, the Oncology Pharmacist will enjoy a high level of professional autonomy while receiving strong leadership support and access to continued learning opportunities.
